Help us support public schools

We know you care deeply about kids and public schools. We hope you’ll choose to support Wisconsin students and be the reason Wisconsin kids thrive by making a tax-deductible donation of any amount to the Wisconsin Alliance for Excellent Schools (WAES), the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization which fiscally sponsors our work.

Your sustaining support for Wisconsin students allows us to...

Provide free trainings, workshops, and informational resources
Support local teams in their communities with get-out-the-vote and voter education campaigns
Offer support to referendum efforts

Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)

If you are 73 or older and have a traditional Individual Retirement Account (IRA), you are eligible to make a gift to support public schools that serve all children. Many retirees strategically choose to use some or all of their Required Minimum Distribution to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). A QCD is a direct gift from your IRA to a qualified nonprofit organization and offers significant financial benefits while supporting local action with statewide impact.
