Join us in Madison on Tuesday, May 27th for a Day of Budget Action at the Capitol to demand a budget that meets Wisconsin's top priorities.

Talk to lawmakers and urge them to pass a budget that works for Wisconsin kids and communities. For public schools, that means: a significant increase in spendable state aid (with an increase to revenue limits and aid aligned with priority needs) AND at least a 60% sum sufficient reimbursement for special education costs. Schedule

• 9:30-10am: Arrive at Capitol, 2nd floor North Hearing Room
• 10-11am: Welcome & briefing on plan for the day
• 11am-12pm: Lobby visits at the Capitol
• 11:30-2pm: Lunch available
• 2:30pm: Media event, Senate Parlor 2nd floor south wing
• 3pm: Photo & debrief
• 4pm: Departure

Transportation to Madison is available!

• Buses will depart early Tuesday morning from Milwaukee, La Crosse, and Eau Claire; carpooling will be coordinated from Appleton and Wausau.
